CITYBOY FIGHTWEAR LIMITED™ designs and sells innovative MMA gloves and shorts with a focus on safety, comfort, and professional design, offered primarily through e-commerce limited-edition drops and New Zealand-based fulfillment.

By placing an order with us through www.cityboy.co.nz, you agree to this Shipping Policy. These terms are intended to comply with New Zealand law, including the Fair Trading Act 1986, Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Privacy Act 2020, Electronic Transactions Act 2002, Commerce Act 1986, Copyright Act 1994, and Patents Act 2013.


1. Introduction

This Shipping Policy explains how CITYBOY FIGHTWEAR LIMITED™ (“Cityboy Fightwear”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) processes, dispatches, and delivers customer orders purchased through our online store at www.cityboy.co.nz.
All shipments are fulfilled within New Zealand only. Cityboy Fightwear does not currently offer international shipping.


2. Shipping Areas

We ship to all residential, business, rural, and PO Box addresses within New Zealand.
Orders cannot be shipped outside New Zealand at this time.


3. Courier Services

All parcels are shipped via NZ Post tracked services to ensure reliable and secure delivery. Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Customers may choose “signature required” at checkout. If this option is not selected, parcels will be left in a safe location at the delivery address. Cityboy Fightwear is not responsible for parcels once the courier marks them as delivered.


4. Processing and Dispatch Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days once payment has been confirmed.

If an item is temporarily out of stock or under production, dispatch may take up to 5–10 business days. Customers will be notified by email if delays occur and may request cancellation or a refund before dispatch if the order cannot be fulfilled in a reasonable timeframe.

Orders placed on weekends or New Zealand public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


5. Pre-Order and Limited-Edition Drops

Certain items, such as limited-edition drops or pre-order releases, are clearly marked on the product page.
These will be dispatched on the stated release or shipping date shown at checkout.

Pre-order and limited-edition products are treated separately from in-stock items. Orders containing both will be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise arranged with support@cityboy.co.nz.


6. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes below are estimates after dispatch and may vary depending on courier performance, weather conditions, or regional delivery schedules:

  • North Island (Urban): 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • North Island (Rural): 3–6 business days after dispatch

  • South Island (Urban): 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • South Island (Rural): 4–8 business days after dispatch

Public holidays and peak shopping periods (for example, Boxing Day or product drop weeks) may add additional delays.
All timeframes are estimates only. While Cityboy Fightwear works with NZ Post to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific time.


7. Shipping Rates

Cityboy Fightwear uses a flat-rate shipping fee of $5 NZD for all domestic orders, regardless of location or order size.

From time to time, promotional campaigns may include free-shipping offers. These will be clearly stated on the website or during checkout when applicable.


8. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your NZ Post tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel’s progress.

If your order does not arrive within 10 business days after dispatch, please contact support@cityboy.co.nz with your order number so we can lodge an investigation with NZ Post.

Cityboy Fightwear will either replace or refund your order once the courier confirms the parcel is lost.
We are not responsible for courier network delays, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or unforeseen events such as severe weather or natural disasters.


9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Cityboy Fightwear is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

If you realise an address error after submitting your order, contact support@cityboy.co.nz immediately. We will attempt to update your details before dispatch, but this cannot be guaranteed once the parcel has been processed.


10. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your parcel arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect products, notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@cityboy.co.nz with photos and your order details.
We will investigate promptly and, where applicable, provide a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.


11. Returns Shipping

If you are returning an item under our Return & Refund Policy, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
We recommend using a tracked service for all return parcels.


12. Force Majeure

Cityboy Fightwear is not liable for shipping delays or delivery failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, strikes, weather events, pandemics, or transport restrictions.


13. Customer Rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
You are entitled to receive goods of acceptable quality within a reasonable time. If your order is not delivered or arrives damaged, you may be entitled to a remedy under New Zealand law.


14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Shipping Policy and all associated terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Any disputes arising in connection with this Policy will first be addressed in good faith between you and Cityboy Fightwear.
If unresolved, the matter will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.


15. Updates to This Policy

Cityboy Fightwear may revise this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect operational or regulatory changes.
The updated version will be published on www.cityboy.co.nz with a new effective date.
